At Haji Asgher Rabri, every item is freshly prepared to order, so we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we want to make things right if something goes wrong.
When a Refund or Replacement May Apply
- You received the wrong item(s) from what you ordered.
- Your order arrived damaged, spoiled, or in poor condition.
- An item was missing from your delivered order.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Contact us via phone or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Share your order number along with a photo of the item(s) in question, where applicable.
- Our team will review your request and get back to you with a resolution — typically a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered preparation may not be eligible for cancellation, as our items are made fresh.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the delivery itself failed due to an error on our part.
